The Parent-Child Challenge Task: A new method to assess biobehavioral regulation

The Parent-Child Challenge Task offers a new method for assessing biobehavioral self-regulation and coregulation in early parent-child interactions.  It is effective in prompting regulatory changes in the dyad, as indicated by change in individual and dyadic emotion, behavior, and physiology (Lunkenheimer, Kemp, Lucas-Thompson, Cole, & Albrecht, 2016).
